act smartly during this lockdown and curfew situation in india.
This Lockdown is announced for 21 days in india.
As well all know it is a pandemic situation, and we all need to
quarantine and support this lockdown and curfew.
This is all for the benefit of human health in India, to spread this
corona virus across the nation. We need to break this chain as this
corona virus is contagious in behavior.
Tips i shared here is all from my experiences, as i do belong to
kashmir, a part of Jammu and kashmir. I have a lot of lockdowns and
Curfews and i know how to handle and repond to such conditions.

1) Proper Food Stocking
2) Usage of Mulitvitamins , vitamin c, zinc, Protein etc in our food to
boost immune system
3) Food habit management (to protect food and other items to get out of
stock)
4) Proper usage of fuel like Cooking Gas
5) Doing Exercise and practice yoga to boost immune system to keep fit
during 21 days, which will help in fighting against viruses and
infections
6) Try to find fun at home
7) Do not try to Rush out of home without any medical emergency
8) include Pulses and Soya bean in diet for proper supply of protein and
Amino Acids
9) Have Proper Medical Kit at home ( To provide first aid )
10) Do notice public announcements , could be done via radio, Tv or Loud
