Chhattisgarh Police Arrests Goat For Trespassing Into A Judge's Garden

It is funny but truly not a joke. A Goat has been arrested by police in chhatiisgarh in charges of trespassing into a Judge's garden.
Assistant sub inspector RP srivastava said that the Goat whose name is 'Babil' used to jump over the iron gate that judge's bungalow has and enter into Bungalow's garden.


The charges against the goat include trespassing, grazing in the garden and eating plants and vegetables.  
Police is under ambiguous situation and trying to find out under what law and order they should file the case. 
Now the Goat is under the custody of police and they have charged the goat with its owner Abdul Hassan with section 151 and 107 of CrPC, that carries punishment upon seven years.
This is INDIA.. and It happens only in India...
